Q: Will my registration be refunded?

​Yes, registration fees will be refunded in full. The refund process will begin beginning

Monday, Sep 13, and we hope to complete all refunds as soon as possible. No action is required on your part.

PayPal: If you paid using PayPal, your bank account associated with PayPal will be credited directly. If you no longer have an account with that bank, you will be refunded by check.

Checks/Money Orders: If you paid with a check or money order, a refund check will be processed and mailed to your address.  This part of the process may take longer due to processing time.

Q. How can I contribute my 2021 National AA Archives Workshop registration fee to the National AA Archives Board? (We have expenses we have already made to prepare for this year’s workshop.  And every workshop strives to be self-supporting, so your contribution would go a long way toward allowing that to happen. We would be most grateful.)

Q: I signed up to be a volunteer. Do I need to do anything about the shifts I signed up for?

​No, all shifts will be canceled.
